Rem Ma and Papoose celebrated their baby girl turning one with a blowout bash in New York City on Sunday(December 16). The Love & Hip Hop: NY stars didn’t spare any expensive on the “Kenzieland” themed party, which had everything from a Kids Soft play area w/ ball pit to face painting for the birthday girl’s littlest guests.
Remy shared a video from the party with the caption, “Everybody that knows me knows that I loveeeee throwing parties but this one was extra special. My babygirl turned 1 and I tried to think of any and everything a kid would want and created a child’s dream!! Thank you to everyone that came and celebrated with our family💋 And a super thank you to my sidekick on this mission that I pulled off in a week , Mimi of @nevaehleheventsandweddings – we the dream team. I will be flooding my page with pics, videos, and details of last night – enjoy. ”
Prior to the epic bash, Papoose took to his Instagram on his daughter’s birthday, which was December 14th, to send her birthday wishes. He wrote, “Every time Reminisce looks at me I smile. So she can continue to believe the world is a good place. I will always protect her from negativity. And keep as much positivity around her as possible. Her innocence is sacred. You are my dream come true!!! Happy born day… Daddy loves you!!! ”
Remy and Papoose announced they were expecting during their vow renewal ceremony in July of 2018. A year prior, Remy had revealed she suffered a miscarriage, which she documented on Love & Hip Hop: NY.
Both Remy and Papoose have children from previous relationships. The “All the Way Up” rapper has a son named Jayson while Papoose has three kids of his own.
