Lela Rochon and Antoine Fuqua cheered on their daughter Asia Fuqua at her school play this past weekend.
Rochon took to Instagram today to share photos from the event. The proud mama captioned under a series of photos, “Congratulations to our amazing daughter @asiafuqua on her starring role of “Cinderella” in #intothewoods you killed it baby girl. We are so proud of you! Shine forever bright!!”
Not only did Asia have the support of her parents and other family members at the school-production, but she also had her godmother, actress Vanessa Bell-Calloway, there as well.
“My #goddaughter @asiafuqua was #magnificent in her starring role as #cinderella @intothewoods @hwschool. She is a #star so watch out for her! Go get em babygirl,” Vanessa shared on her social media page along with a picture of the young actress.
Fuqua recently made headlines after he was spotted kissing model Nicole Murphy while on vacation in Italy. After the photos went viral, Lela went on a short social media hiatus and later returned with her wedding ring intact.
Lela and Antoine celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary earlier this year. The couple have two children Asia and Brando.
