Angelina Jolie and her kids, Shiloh and Zahara, attended the European premiere of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil at Auditorium Della Conciliazione in Rome, Italy, on Monday (October 7). The celebrity mom and her children brought their fashion sense to the forefront on the red carpet.
Angelina wore a Versace gown that honored the late Luigi Massi who was a designer and tailor for the brand for many years. Zahara also wore a dress by Versace and rocked her hair in its curly, natural state. We love it!
Shiloh was also dressed to impress at the European premiere of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. The teen rocked Converse sneakers with a bomber jacket that matched Angelina and Zahara’s color scheme.
Life for Angelina Jolie has been quite interesting these past few months. The celebrity mom recently opened up about how she regrouped after a very public split from her husband, Brad Pitt.
“I do not know about destiny, but I’m certain that I’m in transition, and this is a homecoming, I’m coming back to myself. Because I was a little lost,” Angeline shared. The celebrity mom went through a very public breakup in 2016, approximately two years after marrying her partner of many years. There was a considerable amount of scandal and speculation surrounding Jolie’s marriage and subsequent divorce, all of which caused the star to go into hiding.
“I think it was at the end of my relationship with Brad and then when we separated. It was complicated, I didn’t recognize myself anymore, and I’d become, how do I say this, smaller, insignificant, even if I didn’t show it,” Angelina explained. “I was profoundly, deeply sad, I was hurt. On the other hand, it was interesting to tap into this humility and sense of insignificance. … It’s a lesson I pass onto my children: the idea of renewal, and through it all, the possibility of joy. I had to rediscover the joy.”
