One Instagram post of Kaavia that Gabrielle shared was in honor of National Daughters Day. “Grateful for this hilarious lil nugget,” Union shared along with a candid of Kaavia, better known to some as Shady Baby, smiling while sitting in a swing. “She is growing so fast,” Ruth Carter noted. Another social media fan said that Kaav was “identical to her father.” Do you agree with such an observation?

Kaavia James Union Wade has a way of bringing excitement to every sphere. It was just a few days ago that the little one had her mom smiling while on the set of L.A.’s Finest. Gabrielle Union was every bit invested in filming for the second season of the hit series. The celebrity mom, however, managed to carve out time from all of the action onset to hang out with her daughter and husband.

“@kaaviajames and I went to work with mommy today,” Dwyane Wade told his Instagram fans. The retired NBA player also jokingly told fans that Kaavia “swears she pays some bills.” Hilarious!

Season two of L.A.’s Finest was confirmed a few months back. Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union recently spoke about the horrific accident that caused producer and showrunner Brandon Sonnier’s leg to be amputated below the knee. Sonnier and co-showrunner were in the video village viewing a scene in which a car, by accident, collided with a shipping container on the show’s San Pedro sight. The extensive injuries that Sonnier suffered ultimately led to his foot being amputated.

“I don’t know if there is a word that’s big enough to describe how the whole production felt, how everyone associated with the show felt,” Gabrielle Union said of the horrendous accident during an interview in Monte Carlo.

“I don’t know if saying it was ‘heartbreaking’ or ‘devastating’ is enough,” she added. “I don’t have a word. With all of my fancy degrees, I don’t have a word that’s big enough to describe how we felt.”

Jessica Alba also commented by calling Sonnier “a fully hands-on father.” The actress went on to say, “He is so resilient and inspiring. But when you go through something that is like that you see the type of family and community that you surround yourself with, and he and all of us really came together as a family in a way that you just never even realize until something like that happens.”

L.A.’s Finest returns next year. Stay tuned for more celebrity baby news!
