Chanel Iman has confirmed that she is indeed expecting her second child with husband Sterling Shepard.

The 28-year-old supermodel took to her Instagram just a few minutes ago to share a family photo which put her growing baby bump on display. “Excited to announce we will be a family of four soon,” Chanel captioned of the photo.

Just last week, rumors of Iman being pregnant started after the model was photographed while running errands in town with her and husband Sterling Shepard’s daughter, Cali Clay Shepard. Chanel appeared to clearly display a baby bump in all shots.

Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard recently celebrated their daughter’s first birthday. “Happy Birthday to our firstborn, @caliclayshepard,” Chanel wrote to her daughter in honor of Cali’s birthday. “You are celebrated every day,” Iman added. Sterling Shepard also celebrated his daughter’s birthday by writing, “Happy first birthday to my lil mama.” Perhaps, fans should have read more into Chanel wishing her “firstborn” well on her special day. Maybe the word choice was a subtle revelation of the family’s expansion.

Iman recently spoke with ESSENCE about her labor and delivery experience when giving birth to Cali last year. “One of my biggest accomplishments was pushing a baby out,” the model exclaimed. “Once she was born and the doctors placed her on my chest, it was the most magical moment I’d ever felt; when you meet your child it’s the best feeling. It’s crazy what us (sic) women can do.”
