Ciara and Future gave their son, Future Zahir, separate birthday parties in commemoration of the youngster’s fifth birthday. Both of the gatherings had the same theme of superheroes, which put a huge smile on Future Zahir’s face.
Ciara’s party for her son included Go Karts as well as a tiered cake that little Future could not wait to eat. The 5-year-old was sampling the pastry within seconds of blowing out the candles on his cake.
“Happy Birthday Sunshine,” Ciara wrote to her son online. “I can’t believe you’re 5 years old,” the ‘Beauty Marks’ singer exclaimed. “Wow!! Mommy’s so proud of you! I love you so much!”
Russell Wilson, Future’s stepfather, also gave little Future a moving tribute online. “From the moment we came into each other’s worlds to now … 5 years later, you have changed my life and my heart for the better,” Russell shared. “You are the greatest gift I could have ever asked God for! I will always love you, guide you, teach you, and care for you. Happy 5th Birthday, Future! Papa Russ Loves you!”
Future’s father, real name Nayvadius Wilburn, went all out for his son’s fifth birthday as well. The celebrity father gave his “mini me” a party that culminated with Future gifting his son with a Rolex watch. “My twin made Five today,” Future told his Instagram fans. “I pray you keep this smile on your face. I pray the love in your heart stays safe. I pray God protects you from anything that will try to steal your happiness away.”
Many critics online could not fully appreciate Future’s sweet words to his son after watching the video clip of the celebrity father giving his little one a Rolex watch valued at more than $10,000. “Ignorant,” one Instagram critic exclaimed. “That baby don’t want no d*mn Rolex. He would much rather a superhero watch.” Another social media fan said, “Should put that into an LLC instead of a d*mn Rolex … Dumb Daddy Award goes to Future.”
