Evelyn Lozada celebrated Mother’s Day with her son, Carl Leo Crawford, and fellow celebrity mom Manuela Testolini. Evelyn shared pictures of her Sunday activities with her son and Eric Benet’s wife with her Instagram fans.
The Mother’s Day special event took place at Carl Leo’s school. Evelyn Lozada was brought to tears by the kind gestures of her son. “Thank you to my amazing son @therealcarlleocrawford for making mommy feel so special today,” Lozada wrote online. “Words cannot explain how much I love you. Ya’ll know I was literally in tears #MyKidsAreMyEverything.”
Mauela Testolini and her daughter, Amoura Luna Benet, were also at the Mother’s Day event. Amoura and Carl Leo took several pictures together to the delight of thousands of social media fans. “Your little boy is so cute,” one of Evelyn’s fans said of her son. “So sweet,” exclaimed another Instagram follower.
Carl Leo Crawford is Evelyn Lozada’s youngest child. The youngster came twenty-one years after Evelyn welcomed her daughter, Shaniece Hairston.
Lozada got candid about parenting during a 2017 interview. “Raising a boy is very different than raising a girl,” the celebrity mom said. “Shaniece was very calm and quiet; Leo is very active and has so much energy. The technology the second time around is way more advanced too.”
Still, even with the age gap between Shaniece and Carl Leo, the value of communication between parent and child remains the same. “Always keep the lines of communication open,” Evelyn advised fellow moms and dads. “My daughter and I talk about everything with no judgment from me, so she always comes to me for advice instead of her friends.”
