Rudolph “Blaze the Great” Ingram Jr. already has a verified Instagram account and 300K followers that are following his journey from the track to the football field. According to Ingram’s father, when Blaze was around four-years-old, after he watched the Olympics, he woke up the next day and asked to begin training.
“I can give him all the tools to be great, but his drive and work ethic and competitive mentality, it sets the bar so much higher,” Rudolph Ingram Sr. said in an interview with abcactionnews.com.
When asked by the news outlet how does it feel to have demolished USA Track and Field records for his age group, and for sprinters 17-18-years-old, Blaze commented, “It feel great, anyways I trained for it.
Although having been compared to one of the greatest Track & Field athletes on record, Ingram remains humble as an athlete.
So, what is this talented young man’s dream for his future? “To get into the NFL,” Blaze said in his interview, but he hasn’t decided which jersey he wants to sport and is enjoying just being a kid.
We cannot wait to see what the future holds for this talented athlete. We know that it is unquestionably going to be something spectacular!
