Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s expectancy was announced last year. Markle later told fans that she and Prince Harry were expecting their child to arrive near the end of April 2019. We are presently at the end of April 2019, which makes fans wonder if the Royal couple has already welcomed their first child.
The public likely would not know if baby Sussex has arrived since Meghan told her fans that she and Harry would “keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private” but plan to “celebrate privately as a new family.”
Some believe that Meghan Markle will seek the assistance of a doula for labor and delivery instead of going to a hospital for the experience. It would come as little shock if the Duchess of Sussex did go the way of au naturale (i.e., at-home birth with no meds) since, after all, Meghan was an advocate for having a balance between the mind, body, and soul before she met Prince Harry.
The Duchess of Sussex shared her beauty routine, that includes yoga as well as self-care, during a recent interview with Best Health.
“As I’m getting older, my approach to aging is quite different,” she explained. “I make sure that I take care of my skin and body, especially with the work hours I have. And I don’t just take care of myself for aesthetic reasons but because how I feel is dictated by what I’m eating, how much rest I’m getting and how much water I’m drinking. If I don’t have time for a long workout, I’ll grab my dog and go for a quick run. Being active is my own moving meditation.”
What qualities concerning health and wellness will Meghan Markle pass on to her and Prince Harry’s bundle of joy? We will have to wait and see. Stay tuned for updates on the Royal baby due date!
