The weekend was filled with joy as Ciara and Russell Wilson celebrated their daughter Sienna’s second birthday. Sesame Street took center stage at the birthday party.
Sienna enjoyed a party that included Elmo and all of the other characters on the PBS show. In fact, Elmo was featured on the tiered cake that Ciara and Russell Wilson had at the center of their daughter’s party. There was also a larger version of Elmo who was available for pictures and other activities. Sienna was sure to take photos with Elmo. He must be her favorite character on the show!
Ciara took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter’s birthday this past weekend. “Oh, my little Sassy Sunshine,” the ‘Level Up’ singer exclaimed. “2 going on 20 is what you really are today,” the celebrity mom wrote online. “You are the perfect little girl I’ve always hoped for! The independence and opinion you have already just makes me smile! I’m so proud of you and I’m so excited to keep watching you grow! I love you so much! #HappyBirthday Princess Sienna.”
Russell Wilson also doted on his daughter in honor of her second birthday. “Ever since the moment you breathed into this world you change my life forever,” the celebrity dad shared. “Your smile. Your laugh. Your joy. Your heart. Everything about you not only changed me for the better but has changed mommy, brother, and the world. You are a world changer. A difference maker. You are Miss Independent. You are a Princess that’s going to be a Queen. Daddy Loves You Forever!”
Ciara and Russell Wilson joined Sienna’s older brother, Future Zahir, in singing the Birthday Song this past weekend. The family harmonized so well that Instagram fans took note. “Did they really just harmonize like a quartet,” one social media follower asked. “Beautiful family,” the fan exclaimed.
Another of Ciara’s Instagram followers shed light on Sienna’s reaction during the song. “So it’s clear that no matter how old we are, nobody knows what to do while people sing happy birthday to you,” the fan mused. Sienna took the moment pretty well.
Sienna is Ciara and Russell Wilson’s only child together. Future Zahir is Ciara’s son with rapper Future. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
