The mother of XXXTentacion’s baby wants a DNA test to establish the late entertainer as her son’s father. Court documents reveal the reason why Jenesis Sanchez, the late rapper’s girlfriend, is trying to officially establish paternity.

According to The Blast,
“Jenesis Sanchez filed a petition to determine paternity in XXX’s estate. Sanchez gave birth to the late rapper’s son, Gekyume Onfroy, on January 26, 2019.
She explains she and XXX lived together and had “sexual relations during the time that Gekyume was conceived from February 19 through June 18 2018, the day of the Decedent’s death.” As a result, she got pregnant.
Sanchez says they were not married at the time. She claims nobody has contested that XXX is the baby’s father but wants to be able to get evidence to prove it.”

XXXTentacion was murdered on June 18, 2018, after individuals tried to rob him at a local business in Florida. Jenesis told the press that XXX, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, knew that he was going to be a father before his death. The later rapper even established a name for his then-unborn child.
“Gekyume means ‘different state’ or ‘next universe of thought,'” Jenesis said during a recent interview. “And yes, Jahseh picked out this name before he passed away,” she added. “I know it’s kind of hard to say, Gekyume. So, he goes by Yume.”
