Damon Dash wants joint custody of his and ex-wife Rachel Roy’s youngest daughter, Tallulah Dash. Court documents reveal the celebrity father’s request for a change in his custodial rights.

“Dash is seeking to change his current custody deal with Roy for their daughter Tallulah. In the docs, he claims to have a close relationship with Tallulah and says she wants to spend more time with him. Dash points out he is remarried and his work schedule has decreased to the point where he is home more often.”

Damon also claims that Rachel travels often for work, which means that Tallulah is left with nannies more often than he would prefer. The celebrity father believes that it would be better for the youngster to spend time with him when her mom is away for work.
It was just a few weeks ago that Damon Dash faced public criticism after surrendering himself for unpaid child support. The celebrity father was allegedly on the hook for $400,000 in unpaid support to both Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales, who is the mother of his son. Damon took to Instagram to address the scrutiny surrounding child support and the company that he owns with Rachel Roy.
“This is the way I legally torcher culture vultures like @joewright and #danny who been cooking books on my 100 million-dollar-a-year @rachel_roy company,” Dash wrote online. “Nobody robs me,” he added. “We’re dealing with this…this week… y’all never been to war with a guy like me.”
