Blue Ivy Carter is full of surprises just like her mom. Beyonce released a surprise album to coincide with her Homecoming documentary available on Netflix. Blue gives a special rendition of ‘Lift Every Voice And Sing’ on the record.
Blue starts singing the lyrics that come near the end of the song on the track. Bey comes in after her daughter finishes the song to tell Blue that she sounded beautiful on the track. “I want to do it again,” Blue tells her mom on the record. “It feels good.” Are we witnessing the next generation of Carter greatness in show business? We think so!
Beyonce delves into her purpose as a performer in her Homecoming documentary. “I feel we made something that made my daughter proud, made my mother proud, my father proud, and all of the people that are my brothers and sisters around the world,” the superstar says of her Coachella presentation.
“That’s why I live,” Bey adds. “I’m so lucky and grateful that I’m able to take all these crazy ideas and actually make it into something that heals people and that may spark vision in people that shows them to dream big; that shows them that they are limitless. It’s possible. If my country a** can do it, they can do it.”
Beyonce certainly delivered at Coachella 2018. The ‘Halo’ singer’s performance was so outstanding that many named the music festival “Beychella” in honor of Beyonce. Some have even gone to the extent of comparing this year’s performers to Bey’s Coachella presentation. Now that’s making a mark!
