TAMERA MOWRY REFUSES TO LET THE MOMMY SHAMERS DISCOURAGE HER

"I'm Teaching My Kids To Go For Their Dreams"

Tamera Mowry will not be discouraged by mommy-shaming. The Real co-host recently told Us Weekly exclusively that critics only encourage her to further pursue her passions.

“I think it’s pretty bad*ss and cool for them to see their mom do what she loves to do,” Tamera said while on the red carpet at the NAACP Image Awards last weekend. “I’m teaching them to go for your dreams and do what you want to do.”

Of course, there are those online trolls who scrutinize Tamera for working so much. The talk show host draws strength from her mother’s legacy of hard work during such times. “She taught us to never give up, and all of us never give up and we never stop trying to pursue our dreams,” Tamera shared with Us. “As we got older, our dreams changed, but we never stopped pursuing them.”

Still, even with her ambitions in focus, Tamera admitted that going to work is a challenge sometimes. “I just want time [with them],” the celebrity mom said of the limited time she spends with her son, Ayden, and daughter, Ariah. “I work a lot. I live in two different places. I travel a lot for my job. So, I just want to sit down, watch Moana and just chill.”

Tamera Mowry got her big break show business alongside her sister, Tia Mowry, nearly thirty years ago. Sister, Sister remains a hit as does Tia and Tamera’s young adult book series, Twintuition. Stay tuned for more Tamera Mowry news!
