“To us, it’s about time,” Offset explains. “I devote the most time I can to my kids,” the rapper continues. “My wife and I make sure we’re always around our daughter. It’s about time. Time is more important than money.”
Offset has found much success in his career. Not only is the entertainer a member of the popular trap music trio Migos, but Offset is also a celebrated artist outside of the group.
“The good thing is I get to motivate young kids,” the rapper says of fame. “We’re a big influence,” he adds. “I recently met a fan at a meet-and-greet in Denver and he got my face tattooed on his arm.”

With loads of influence comes a lot of responsibility. Offset learned a lesson along these lines when his infidelity made headlines. The act, coupled with public opinion, caused his wife, Cardi B, to leave at one point. Offset did everything in his power to win his bride back. The rapper even issued a public apology at one of Cardi’s gigs. Some criticized Offset for taking over his wife’s show to give an apology that they believe could have happened behind closed doors. Offset, however, gave his reason for the public display during a recent talk with Ellen DeGeneres.
“We have schedules and we have shows and I just felt like … I can’t give that break between time, so it’s my forefront, I step to it as a man to say I’m wrong,” he explained. “I step to it as a man, and you don’t have to take me back but I just want you to know I love you and I care and I’m putting it all out on the table.”
