The teen hit every note right all while exhibiting the vocal power and control that her mom is known for. “Lord the baby got vocals,” one fan exclaimed after listening to Sy’rai sing. “A legacy in the making,” another of Brandy’s social media followers said. Some compared Sy’rai’s vocal abilities to her mother’s incredible voice. Does Sy’rai already sing as well as Brandy?

Sy’rai is certainly making an impact in the music realm. It was just a few months ago that the teen impressed the masses at a school play through her incredible voice. Sy’rai has also garnered praises from social media fans who continue to celebrate her singing abilities all while encouraging the teen to keep going in the industry.

It was during a 2012 interview with PEOPLE that Brandy Norwood revealed her daughter’s desire to sing like her mom. “She’s into her school work and her education but singing is all she does,” Brandy revealed. “I’m seeing the signs, but I want her to hold on a little longer and have a regular childhood,” the celebrity mom concluded.
