21 Savage, real name Shayaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested by ICE agents this past weekend for overstaying his visa. 1. Does 21 Savage have kids?

21 Savage has two sons and a daughter. Their names are: Kamari, 5, Ashaad, 3, and Rhian, 3. The rapper talked about his desire to be a superhero to his kids during a recent interview with XXL. “As far as my kids, I try to be more like a superhero than a role model,” 21 Savage explained. “I don’t want them to go through what I went through like, growing up and stuff. So, I spoil the h*ll out of my kids. They say you don’t ’posed to, but they come over here, they play video games ’til five in the morning. They do what the hell they want to do.”

2. Where is 21 Savage from?

21 Savage is from the United Kingdom. The rapper came to the United States with his family in 2005 with a “non-immigrant visa” status. Savage overstayed his welcome by more than ten years if he is indeed residing in the country illegally. The rapper’s attorney calls his most recent arrest a “misunderstanding.”

3. Are his kids citizens?

As far as we know, 21’s kids are citizens of the United States as their moms were born in America.

4. Who are 21’s mom and dad?

The identity of 21 Savage’s father is unknown. The rapper’s mother, Heather Abraham-Joseph is a Dominican national who reared Savage and his siblings in England. Heather moved the family to Dekalb County, Georgia, in 2005. 21 Savage has based much of his career on his residence in Atlanta, which has some of his fans stunned that he is not a native of the city or even the United States.

5. What will happen to Savage 21’s kids?

As far as we know, the children will stay with their mothers who are United States citizens. 21 Savage will need to wait for his upcoming hearing to learn of his fate and whether he will be able to continue building a viable relationship with his kids.
