Chloe and Halle wore black outfits that sparkled as they sang with both power and grace. The girls glided through the lyrics of the patriotic song while images of popular tourist attractions in the United States showed on the monitor in the stadium. Chloe and Halle’s performance was nothing short of perfection. Some believe that the young adults’ Super Bowl display had remnants of their mentor, Beyonce, woven through it.

Chloe and Halle met Beyonce during the earlier part of their singing careers. The ‘Halo’ singer essentially took the girls underneath her wings and helped them develop into the artists they are today.

“Being in the midst of having such a beautiful mentor like [Beyonce], we were allowed to explore with our creativity,” Halle said during an interview last year.

“We’re so thankful to her for providing her platform and always reminding us that you don’t have to dumb down your art for the world — you can keep creating new, innovative things and let the world catch up to you.”
