The local fire station hosted True Thompson, Dream Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian on Monday (January 28). The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star took her daughter and niece to Station 125 in Calabasas where they thanked the firefighters for all of their hard work.
Dream and True definitely seemed to enjoy the adventure. The cousins smiled while exploring the various aspects of Station 125 while Khloe verbally expressed gratitude to the firefighters who sacrifice so much on a daily basis to ensure the community’s safety.
Calabasas was one of a number of areas affected by the Woolsey Fire last year. The natural disaster was one of the worst in California and caused devastation that still affects thousands who either lost loved ones or were burned out of their homes during the tragedy. In all, 1,500 structures were destroyed and 341 residential and commercial properties were damaged. The Woolsey Fire burned approximately 96, 949 acres and was officially deemed as fully contained nearly two months after it began in November 2018.
Khloe Kardashian was one of many celebrities affected by the fire. The celebrity mom relocated all while giving supplies to the firefighters battling the rage.
“I am at the CVS in the Commons, because I had to get a couple things at the house, and I am going to post this request from what the fire department needs and whoever can drop off whatever they can,” Khloe told her social media fans two days after the Woolsey Fire began. Khloe later revealed, “I basically got everything they had in stock. I got as many waters as I could.” What better way to formally thank the men and women who put their lives on the line than by visiting them and expressing your heartfelt gratitude in person?
Khloe Kardashian told her social media fans that Dream Kardashian and True Thompson “drew cards and brought cookies for their visit.” The girls “loved every moment” of the experience according to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.
