Toya Wright’s baby, Reign Rushing, is getting ready to celebrate her first birthday. The little one recently participated in a photo shoot in preparation for her birthday party.
Reign was a ballerina in one candid. The little one stood on her toes while balancing herself on the wall. “@reign_beaux Is getting ready for her 1st Birthday,” Toya told her Instagram fans. “She had a ball shooting her birthday photos with @weelovephotography,” the celebrity mom said. Toya plans to share pictures from her daughter’s photo shoot at Reign’s birthday party. We cannot wait to see all of the decorations come together!
Reign Rushing was born last February and joined her mom and older sister, Reginae Carter, at home. Toya Wright penned a note about her journey as a mom last year in honor of Mother’s Day 2018.
“I became a mother at the young age of 15; I didn’t know a thing about motherhood at that time,” the celebrity mom shared. “All I knew was I wanted to be able to give my daughter all the things I didn’t have and more. I wanted to be the best caretaker, protector and role model for my baby girl,” Toya added.
“Having my daughter, [Reginae], so young was such a life-altering experience,” Wright explained. “Now she’s grown, and I’ve started it all over again. It’s so different this time around. I’m older and wiser, and I’ve learned so much about motherhood from raising my oldest daughter I feel more experienced now. The joy of motherhood comes in moments. I’ve learned that there will be hard and frustrating times. There is no such thing as a ‘perfect parent’ so just be a real one. I’m forever grateful and blessed to have two daughters.”
