Do not come for Ayesha Curry. The celebrity mom responded to an online critic who attempted to shame Ayesha for not prepping her oldest daughter, Riley Curry, for the camera before recording for Instagram.
Ayesha and Riley were enjoying fun times on Dubsmash in which the two re-enacted a Progressive “Meat Sweats” commercial. Many deemed the mother-daughter moment as nothing short of beautiful. One critic, however, attempted to shame Ayesha Curry.
“Lawwd have mercy,” the troll said. “Whyyy don’t you know how to brush them girls’ hair??? Drives me nuts!!! Still love you, but [expletive] Ayesha.”
Mrs. Curry definitely did not feel the love that the critic claimed to convey. The celebrity mom responded with a bit of rhetoric of her own.
“I don’t make moments happen for Instagram. Moments happen and I sometimes share,” Ayesha said. “I’m not going to doll my children up for perception or anyone’s approval on here,” the star mom continued. “If that’s what you want to see then this is not the page for you. Real life over here.”
Ayesha Curry definitely doesn’t have time for the online trolls. The celebrity mom continues to move her culinary businesses forward all while being a wife and mom.
“I’m like a chicken with my head cut off,” Ayesha Curry said of her life as a working mom during a recent interview with Nightline. “There’s always a million and five things going on, and then, you know, on top of that with the kids,” she added.
Still, even with everything she has going on, Ayesha manages to center herself. “One thing that my mom always told me was to never lose yourself inside of your marriage,” the celebrity mom shared. “I’m happy that I’ve been able to find that so-called balance and be able to pursue my passions and take care of my family.”
Ayesha Curry and her husband, Stephen Curry, are the proud parents of three children. Stay tuned for more celebrity family news!
