DIDDY HOSTS PRIVATE MEMORIAL FOR KIM PORTER, PROMISES TO ‘RAISE OUR FAMILY’

"I Miss You So Much"

Sean “Diddy” Combs is in mourning along with his kids and family friends who loved Kim Porter. The rapper held a private homegoing celebration for the late model and mother of three of his children on Sunday (November 18).

Kimora Lee Simmons was one of 100 attendees to come and honor Kim Porter at Diddy’s Bel-Air home. “To my beautiful friend and sister, I love you,” Kimora wrote online. “When I first heard the news, I was angry that someone would play such a stupid a*s joke,” the model continued.

Although Kimora and her daughter, Aoki, thought that a visit to her home would end the “joke,” they were unfortunately shocked to learn of the reality of Kim Porter’s passing. “Every room I walk into now I think, ‘Ok, I will just go and get Kim,'” Kimora Lee Simmons shared online. “But I see that I cannot,” the celebrity mom added. “This is all too close and too sad. Your light was a beaming beacon for so many.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs also broke his silence concerning Kim Porter’s death this past weekend. “For the last three days I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare,” Combs wrote online this past Sunday. “But I haven’t,” he said. “I don’t know what I’m going to do without you, baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship. We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER SH*T!! And I miss you so much.” Diddy also promised Kim that he would “raise our family just like you taught me to.”

She was 47-years-old at the time of her passing and a mother of four children. Sean “Diddy” Combs has not yet released the details surrounding Kim Porter’s funeral service arrangements. The rapper remains completely focused on his kids during this time of loss.
