Twenty-two-year-old Slick Woods is expecting her first son with fellow model Adonis Bosso any day now, and staying true to her adventurous spirit, she isn’t letting a little baby bump put a damper on her growing body. When it comes to making a statement at New York Fashion Week, the rebellious model is taking her style to another level.
Rihanna’s Fenty beauty muse recently told Elle UK that she and Adonis will name their son, “Saphir, a play on September’s birthstone, the month the baby is due.”
Additionally, Woods shares that famed singer Erykah Badu, who doubles a doula will guide Woods through the birth. “She’s a mommy role model,” Woods told the magazine. “A mother I look up to, who kills her sh*t and is a boss-a*s b*t*h.”
Woods first came on the fashion industry scene in 2015 when she was cast by Kanye West for his Yeezy Season 2 lookbook. From there, the supermodel caught the attention of Rihanna, becoming the face for her Fenty x Puma line.
