At just 11-years-old, this talented philanthropic young lady heard a call and answered it with music. By founding Asia Hickman Music, Inc, an independent 201© (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to giving underprivileged children, ages 5-15, the opportunity to find their voice through music, Hickman brought life of many through sound.
Beginning her journey by teaching family and friends during school breaks, Hickman knew that she was inspiring others. Growing up in a military family, Hickman spent most of her life abroad, taking up both violin, piano, and saxophone.

This talented teen has won numerous awards such as the 2014 Seoul national Piano Competition, the 2014 Pyeongteak Friendship Music Competition, the 2013 Songtan Friendship Music Competition, and more, in addition to having been featured on Armed Forces Network radio.

Despite her extremely busy schedule, this budding superstar musician excels in her studies, loves to volunteer in her community, in addition to performing for senior citizens and veterans. However, if we thought her plate was already full, Hickman also competes in beauty pageants, where she is currently Miss Brooklyn’s Outstanding Teen, she loves to participate in 5k runs, singing, art, and fashion.

So just what does this rising star have planned for the future? Well, she plans on continuing her studies at the Manhattan School of Music-Pre-College division, to one day become a concert pianist.
