It’s been a day since we learned of Khloe’s choice of names for her daughter. Many have loved the identity, “True Thompson,” but a few have questioned Khloe’s motivation behind choosing a name of the sort. Kris Jenner is here to bring clarity to all of us.
“I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True,” Kris told her Instagram fans on Monday. “Fun fact,” she continued, “my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton. My Dad’s name was Robert True Houghton. So I am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!! #lovebug #familytradition #family @true.” Now we understand.
Khloe shared her decision of what to name her newborn daughter with her social media fans on Monday. “Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE,” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wrote online. “Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family,” she exclaimed. “Mommy and Daddy loooooove you, True!”
The extended family loves little True Thompson as well. Recent pictures of the Kardashians showed Kim, Kylie, and other members of the family headed toward the hospital to be by Khloe’s side.
Tristan Thompson has also been with his family despite being plagued with issues of infidelity. Some critics will never forgive the star athlete for his actions leading up to Khloe Kardashian’s labor and delivery. Sources say, however, that Khloe has already forgiven her boyfriend and is ready to move forward. Kudos to them!
