Tia Mowry has not been shy about sharing her fertility struggles with the public. The celebrity mom further delves into her reaction to learning that she was pregnant a second time around during her recent interview with Mini Magazine.
“I was in denial, to be honest with you. I probably went through 20 pregnancy tests,” Tia explains. “It was hard for me to get pregnant, so I wanted to be super positive before I got too excited.”
The celebrity mom goes on to say, “I was completely surprised.” Tia did not think that she would have a girl. “For some reason, I didn’t think I would have a girl,” she delves. “I was shocked! I started crying because I knew how much my husband wanted to have a girl.”
Tia hopes to rear a little girl who is confident and caring. “I want her to grow up knowing she is beautiful, no matter what anyone says, and I want her to see the world with an unconditional heart,” the star mom shares.
Tia and her husband, Cory Hardrict, are expecting their daughter to arrive in coming weeks. She will join the couple’s son, Cree, at home. Check out more photos below!
