This past weekend was all about the impending birth of Tia Mowry and husband Cory Hardrict’s daughter. The couple was given a beautiful baby shower in Beverly Hills, California, that bore a color scheme based on spring.
Tia was the guest of honor who wore a beautiful pink gown that hugged her bump. The celebrity mom cradled her stomach in several shots, which included a few of her standing beside her son, Cree, and husband who also rocked similar color schemes. Cree was especially cute as he wore a black bow tie with pink slacks. Cory’s pants were more on the red side of things but, nevertheless, were in style sync with the rest of the family.
Among the many guests in attendance at Tia’s party was the actress’ sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley. The Real co-star placed a hand on her sister’s protruding stomach in one shot and was photographed while kissing Tia’s bump in another picture.
“Thanks to all who came out to celebrate with @coryhardrict and myself for our #bohemian #themed #babyshower,” Tia shared via Instagram after the festivities convened this past weekend. “This truly was one of the best nights ever,” the actress exclaimed. “Thank you @mindyweiss for always making my dreams come to life! Can’t wait to share the intimate details on @tiamowryquickfix and the surprise from @coryhardrict that made me turn into a sap!”
Tia and Cory Hardrict are expecting their second child to arrive in coming weeks. The public learned of Tia’s expectancy shortly after the actress shared a Halloween picture of her with her son that made a few fans suspect that she was pregnant.
“I didn’t think I’d be able to have a second child, and it’s been over seven years since my first pregnancy,” Tia told media in January. “I didn’t let my infertility issues define me or define what my goals were and what I wanted out of life,” she continued. “We did try for a long time. It was hard. But I didn’t give up.”
