2017 unquestionably marked a dramatic shift in the nation’s politics and overall sense of unity as we departed from 8-years under the Obama Presidency to that of Donald J. Trump. President Trump has proven that he his beliefs and manner of governing is a stark contrast from that of his predecessor.
Recently, fifteen-year-old African-American teenager CJ Pearson, who has coined himself on Instagram as, the “new kid president,” is stirring the controversial political pot. On MLK day, the young man, on Twitter, posted a video making the statement that, ““@realDonaldTrump has done more for black folks in one year than Obama did in eight. #MLK would be proud. #MAGA #MLKDay.”
