Idris Elba is one proud father. daughter Isan crossed the Sweet 16 threshold this past weekend, and he was sure to throw a bash that she will likely never forget.
Isan wore a white dress with head covering that could have been mistaken for a veil if not closely evaluated. The teen was definitely ready for her time in the spotlight as she greeted her party’s guests with a finger wave while thanking them for coming out to help her celebrate. “Y’all aren’t ready for all the pictures, videos, and details from my birthday bash last night,” Isan told her Instagram fans the day after all of the festivities. “Those are called the ‘yassss fingers’ BTW,” she added. Yes, girl, yes!

Idris Elba also shared pictures of his daughter in honor of her birthday. One photo was of him and Isan getting their “daddy and me” moment in at the party. “Always been a daddy’s little girl,” Isan shared. Idris wrote, “Isan is 16 today!! What?? I’m so proud of my lil mami .. I’m very lucky to have her in my life. Her entire life represents a change for the better… The long-awaited gift bearer. I love you @isanelba -Dad.”

Isan is one of two children that Idris Elba fathers. Idris also has a son named Winston who celebrates his fourth birthday in April.
