Kim Kardashian’s son, Saint West, is doing much better following a medical scare that landed him in the hospital the day after New Years. Kim gave fans a snippet of her love for her little one over the weekend.
The celebrity mom shared a picture of her father, Robert Kardashian Sr., with his cousin. Kim was sure to note that her son carried some of his late grandfather’s features. “Saint has my dads ears,” she wrote online. More than one million of Kim’s Instagram followers gave the photo a nod in 48 hours. Nearly 150,000 of the reality star’s followers commented on the post within that time frame.
Social media was a big part of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s support base the other week after the couple’s son was hospitalized due to pneumonia. Kim was sure to keep her public updated with Saint’s success and thanked all of those who sent positive vibes her way when the toddler was released to go home and rest.
“My precious baby boy is so strong! After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary,” she wrote. “I just want to thank every nurse and doctor out there who works so hard around the clock,” Kim continued. “We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.”
Kardashian also clapped back at a few critics who alleged that the reality star partied the new year in while her son was sick. “I haven’t heard this BUT let’s get this straight,” Kim began. “I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. “We were [at the hospital] Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don’t even try me when it comes to my kids.” Enough said!
Saint is Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s youngest child. The couple also has a daughter named North who turns 5-years-old this year.
