Pooch Hall and the family are doing big things this holiday season. The celebrity father along with his wife and kids recently partnered with Tommy Hilfiger to spread awareness about the strength and vitality of those with special needs.
Linda Hall gave the brand insight into her role as a mom of 20-year-old Djanai Hall who lives with cerebral palsy. Djanai never stops inspiring people in spite of her condition, which is why Tommy Hilfiger saw fit to honor the young adult and her family.
Pooch Hall spoke with the press about parenting a daughter with special needs earlier this year. “I want my daughter to have as much normalcy as possible,” he revealed. “And other parents, who really wish they can have this for their daughter, or son, where they experience and exercise their normalcy in the world that we live in. … It’s real work,” he explained.
“I think I’m mostly excited about her being equal and her being like, ‘You know what, I’m equal,'” Pooch continued. “My daughter, Djanai, is not looking at herself as I’m different. She will go, Okay, I’m part of this world and I am equal. She’s not looking at [it] as far as I can’t walk or talk. My daughter is super fun, super dope.”
Pooch Hall and his wife, Linda, are the proud parents of three children.
