SELAH MARLEY WOWS AT CFDA/VOGUE FASHION FUND AWARDS

Selah Marley has made an incredible mark on the fashion-world and beyond, stepping out of the shadows of her famous lineage-daughter of Lauren Hill and Rohan Marley, granddaughter of legendary Bob Marley-to create a name and star-studded future for herself.

Despite standing only five foot three, the talented young Marley has become a coveted model for the likes of Kanye West, Karl Largerfeld, Beyonce, among others. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the petite model was the breakout star at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards with her uniquely daring style!

“My hairstylist Raheem Robinson and I were looking at African tribal looks,” said Marley in an interview with Vogue. “He suggested we try a ponytail at first, but then the idea of bubbles just came to me and we went for it—because, why not?”

And of course, one of the main topics of conversation during the event was Marley’s hair! Everyone who was anyone wanted to know who was her inspiration for everything from her hair to make-up and everything in between.

“I just wanted to do the outfit justice,” explained Marley. We that that she definitely did the outfit justice and then some!
