Here we go, again! Keshia Knight Pulliam is reportedly fighting another legal battle with her child’s father. Ed Hartwell allegedly filed documents with the courts that called his soon-to-be ex-wife self-centered and ridiculously protective of little Ella Grace.
According to The Blast,
“Keshia Knight-Pulliam is accused of refusing to allow her estranged husband time to see their daughter, and now he’s gone to court and demanding she be faced with penalties.
Ex-NFL star Ed Hartwell filed docs in their ongoing divorce battle accusing the actress of contempt of court, claiming Pulliam terminated a recently agreed upon visitation without a reasonable explanation.
Hartwell says Pulliam’s actions are ‘Not only self-centered and uncaring,’ but he claims they violate the agreed upon custody order and she should be held in contempt.”
Keshia reportedly denies all charges inferred by her estranged husband and counts Ed’s accusations as “yet another fabricated and falsified motion for contempt.”
Keshia and Ed have been going through the ringer ever since the star athlete filed for divorce from his wife while she was pregnant with their daughter last year. Some critics thought Keshia was the cheating party, but the actress defended her honor during a tell-all interview with Entertainment Tonight. Keshia told media that Ed was the infidel in the marriage and his request for divorce took her by surprise.
Ed went public with his explanation as well. “She wanted a baby really fast, and what I was trying to explain to her was that — from my beliefs, from seeing other successful people — that when you first get married, especially since we didn’t have a long courtship, that we should actually focus on each other and not just have a baby,” he revealed. “That’s something she really did want to do.”
