Things are sort of looking up for Tyrese. Paparazzi photographed the all-around entertainer spending the day with his daughter this past weekend. Tyrese and Shayla dined at In-N-Out, and TMZ got the exclusive pics from the daddy-daughter day out.

The celebrity father made the most of his short visit with his child. Tyrese let his daughter sit on his lap as she ate her meal. Another photo of the star dad was of his seemingly bringing his daughter in for a hug.
Things have been a bit rough for Tyrese and Shayla. The celebrity father took to Instagram a few weeks ago to tell fans that he was alienated from his daughter after the child’s mother, Norma Mitchell, obtained a restraining order that barred Tyrese from having contact with either her or their daughter. The judge ultimately ruled in Tyrese’s favor, which is why the celebrity father was able to spend a snippet of his weekend with his little one.

Still, Tyrese is hoping to mend his family. The star dad shared a photo of Shayla with his wife last week. The two were sitting on the sidelines in the candid and watching Tyrese perform.
“My wife and daughter #MyQueenAndPrincessGibsons are always sitting on the front row of my life,” Tyrese told his fans. “You have to walk in LOVE not fear,” he explained. “No one is immune to child custody cases and accusations, no one is immune to going through a divorce…. But most would thank GOD they don’t have to deal with it so publicly,” Tyrese admitted.
Yet, “The ground under our feet is firm, strong and solid cause Gods truth will always reign in the end…… So I walk in and out of court with the 2 greatest gifts God has ever sent me…… My one and only Nanny Elva, since Shayla was a year 1/2 and my wife Samantha Gibson my strongest and greatest support ou are my heart and soul…. So strong and so having compassion towards your enemies….. Praying for them as you would pray for yourself is Agape love………. When you move on and you’re happy…… Unexpected storms and accusations will start flying.”
Shayla is Tyrese and ex-wife Norma Mitchell’s only child. She celebrated her tenth birthday in July.
