A first-look at Showtime’s long-awaited hour-long drama The Chi is finally here! Created and produced by Lena Waithe and executive produced by Common and Elwood Reid, the coming-of-age story will give viewers a first-hand look at the show title’s namesake.
The Chi will follow the story of a group of Chicago residents who become entangled with each other through connection and redemption.
In addition to Alex Hibbert of Moonlight, the series will star Jason Mitchell, Straight Outta Compton, Jacob Latimore, Sleight, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Queen of Katwe, Yolonda Ross, The Get Down, Armando Riesco, Bull, and Tiffany Boone, The Following.
