A Wrinkle in Time has yet to hit the big screen and 14-year-old lead actress, Storm Reid has already landed her next big role opposite David Oyelowo in an upcoming Blumhouse thriller, Only You.
Oyelowo is set to portray a police officer whose family is killed and Reid will play his endangered niece. Although the plot is being kept secret for now, according to Hollywood insiders, production on the new film is set to begin soon in Los Angeles.
Reid has been in the business since three-years-old, starring opposite names such as Brad Pitt, Paul Giamatti, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Michael Fassbender. She has appeared in movies such as Twelve Years a Slave, The Summoning, White Water, Gemma, Sleight, and A Happening of Monumental Proportions. Additionally, Reid’s television credits includes appearances on Nickelodeon’s The Thundermans and Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn.
We can not wait to see what is next for this phenomenal rising star. It definitely looks like she is trailblazing straight to the top.
