Aspiring rappers take note! Blue Ivy Carter didn’t just spit rhymes on her father’s bonus track, titled “Blue’s Freestyle/We Family.” She delivered a profound message. Blue Ivy’s predecessor Lauryn Hill said it best: “Everything is everything. What is meant to be will be”. Blue is in agreement with Lauryn Hill and further adds that [rapping] is her “only single thing”.
Everything I hear is my answer
Here Blue is referring to the paparazzi. She doesn’t have time for them or her haters. If the paparazzi were to pose any questions to her, for example, she would just ignore them so their questions (“EVERYTHING I HEAR”) essentially become their answer.

Again, she doesn’t have time for the questions. If you think she said what you think she said, then why do you need an answer from her?

She doesn’t hear most of the questions anyway because she be with her posse(her mom and dad most of the time).

Here Blue is saying that she doesn’t see the ceiling because the sky is the limit. This is a super profound line!

Everything she sees around her is rotten. Blue is referring to the killing of innocent children, especially black boys.
Never sit in silence, innocent is Carter
She says to never sit in silence and to do something about our children who are being killed every day. And in case you didn’t know, she is innocent!

She goes on to say that even though a lot of these kids are innocent, we still seek them like they are criminals.
