JESSE WILLIAMS IS GOING FOR JOINT CUSTODY OF HIS KIDS IN DIVORCE BATTLE WITH WIFE

Jesse Williams and his wife, Aryn Drake-Lee, appear to be headed for challenges in court. The strained couple is reportedly gearing up for a custody battle that involves Jesse asking a judge for joint custody of his son, Maceo, and daughter, Sadie.

Documents obtained by E! News reveal why Jesse is so adamant about having joint custody of his children. According to the actor,

“Aryn restricts my time with the children and decides when, and for how long I may have them. She has rejected, without any reason, each and every request I have made to have the children sleepover at my residence. On the few days that I have the children, Aryn has insisted that my time with the children be limited during the week to approximately two and half hours per day, despite my requests for more time, including overnights with the children.”

Jesse Williams and Aryn Drake-Lee announced their separation and plan for divorce in April. A family friend accused Jesse of being the party in violation shortly after news of divorce spread.

“She poured money into this relationship and sacrificed her life for him, and now he wants to go out and be the hot single Hollywood guy,” the source revealed to Page Six . “Jesse wants to . . . do whatever he thinks will make him a bigger star,” the family friend added. “He’s drinking his own Kool-Aid and it’s ‘the Jesse show.'”
