How is motherhood treating Tatyana Ali? Quite well. The actress shared a picture of her and son, Edward Aszard Rasberry, at work earlier this week.
“Acting is a career that affords some really exceptional pleasures,” Ali shared with Instagram fans. Tatyana was referencing the fact she could bring her son onset for bonding in between breaks. “God bless you both,” one fan wrote. “This is beautiful,” another commented.
Edward made Tatyana Ali a mom for the first time on September 16, 2016. “There are so many things I want to show him,” Tatyana said after giving birth. “Then I remember to slow down. Time moves quickly on its own; no need for me to push it along. If I can try to remember anything at all in this heaven, it’s to take my time, be present, take it all in, so I can remember everything and live in it eternally.”
Edward was born several months after his parents tied the matrimonial knot. Tatyana and her husband, Dr. Vaughn Rasberry, enjoyed a Caribbean-themed wedding ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, last summer.
“Planning our wedding has been so exciting, but when we found out we were expecting, our perspective shifted completely,” Tatyana said months before her ceremony and birthing experience. “We want our ceremony to really celebrate our newest blessing,” the actress exclaimed. “Plus, I have the best wedding planner, Michael Russo. He’s making everything so fun and stress-free!”
Tatyana Ali and Dr. Vaughn Rasberry met online several months before getting engaged to one another. The couple celebrates their first wedding anniversary in July.
