Ciara is glowing and anxiously awaiting the arrival of her and husband Russell Wilson’s first child. The singer tells Harper’s Bazaar that her oldest son, Future Zahir, cannot wait to take on the role of a big sibling.
“He’ll randomly pull my shirt up and be like, ‘I want to see the baby,” Ciara shares. “‘Hello, baby. How you doing, baby? I love you, baby. Okay, talk to you later, baby. Bye, bye.’ Then he’ll kiss me on my belly and put my shirt back down.”
Ciara and Russell Wilson have been exploring life together in Seattle since tying the matrimonial knot last year. “I can wear my sweatpants to the grocery store and I’m not gonna have to worry about somebody that’s going to snap me looking tore up from the floor up,” the singer says.
Many admire the Wilsons’ relationship because of the mutual respect and support that they share. “If someone’s not supporting you and your vision and your dreams whether it’s your relationship partner, your friend, whomever, then you’ve got to make sure to keep it moving,” Ciara reveals.
