Chancelor Bennett, a.k.a. Chance the Rapper, is a better man because of his daughter. The recording artist recently shared candids of his little one with Instagram fans along with a precious note that talked about little Kinsley’s positive influence.
“This is the girl who reintroduced me to God,” Chance revealed. “She’s the woman who reminded me how to be a man, and taught me how to love. She is everything I am but much better. I can’t wait for her to one day help the world the way she has helped me.”
Chance also shared a photo of Kinsley meeting President and First Lady Obama along with video footage of the little one playing the harmonica for her parents. “Say cheese,” Chance exclaimed.
Fatherhood has revolutionized every aspect of Chance’s life including his career. “I’m so much more understanding of love,” the celebrity dad said last year. “I didn’t know love until I had my daughter. I didn’t know its bounds.”
The rapper further explained, “You can love somebody through anything when they’re your child and now that I understand that it makes me work better with people, it makes me more understanding of how much dedication and love I can put into each line. There’s no throwaway lines.”
Kinsley is Chance the Rapper’s only child. She celebrated her first birthday last September.
