Pregnancy can be a confusing time in a woman’s life—there are body changes and emotional roller coaster rides due to hormones that expectant mothers have to contend with. Rowland, in her new book, Whoa, Baby: A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out (And Wonder What the #*@& Just Happened), wants to comfort readers and help them figure it all out, letting them know that they are not alone.
