“Laughter is one of the greatest gifts.” Christina Milian and Violet Nash shared a few chuckles at the Americana at Brand event this past weekend.
Christina and Violet were the festive two who wore outfits befitting for the holidays. Violet rocked a navy dress to the event while Christina wore denim with a yellow jacket. The celebrity mom and her daughter were fascinated by the decorations and beyond thrilled to meet Santa Claus. Violet even uploaded video footage of Jolly Old Saint Nick.
“We just met #SantaClause yasssss,” the caption read. “He’s real! I can’t wait for Christmas!”
The holidays will probably be a time of relaxation and bonding for Christina Milian. The celebrity mom has completed several projects that include starring in the television series Grandfathered and cultivating her career as a singer.
“It’s just a part of the dream, and I’m just going along with it,” she told SingersRoom.com earlier this year. “I also have two phones which helps. I may not get enough sleep at times, but it’s all worth it in the end.”
It’s definitely worth seeing the big smile on Violet’s face. “Violet plays a big role in my life, and she gives me the strength to pursue my dreams,” Milian shared with media. “She comes by the set to watch me work and perform. For me, as a mother, I want Violet to have the best, so it’s important for me to lead by example. When I’m around my daughter, I feel like I’m a child all over again. Violet brings out my inner child self, and she is a blessing in my life.”
Violet is Christina Milian’s only child with Terius Nash, a.k.a. The-Dream. The two celebrities were married for more than two years before calling it quits in 2011. Violet celebrated her sixth birthday in February.
