It was a Disney adventure for Tamera Mowry, Adam Housley and the kids earlier this week. ‘The Real’ co-host and her husband took their son, Aden, and daughter, Ariah, to the Happiest Place on Earth and shared a few pictures from the outing with Instagram fans.
“This crew,” Adam captioned underneath a picture of Tamera holding on to Aden while pushing Ariah in the stroller. Mowry also uploaded photos of her kids by themselves. Ariah rocked a princess costume in her spotlight candid while Aden allowed the scenery of Cars Land to serve as his backdrop. “So much fun with my boo,” Tamera exclaimed.
It was just a few days ago that the celebrity mom shared the secret to Ariah’s hair care routine. “Shea,” Tamera exclaimed. “I’ve used Shea Moisture baby products like baby wash and shampoo that have Shea butter, chamomile and Argan oil in one gentle formula.”
The celebrity mom also gave general tips for parents of kids with curly hair. “Look for hair care products with a balance,” Tamera wrote. “Curly hair requires major doses of moisture,” she added. “Detangler is key for keeping knots at bay, and if you get the right one they’ll also act as a leave-in conditioner during the day. Even though detangler usually works best on damp hair, you can also keep it around for quick touch ups.”
Although some would think that she is the less traditional parent, Mowry’s twin sister has told media that Tamera is more conventional with her rearing practices than many Hollywood stars. “I’m less traditional than Tamera — she doesn’t co-sleep and I do,” Tia Mowry-Hardrict revealed. “I also never pushed my son to walk and I won’t do ‘cry it out’ [sleep training],” she added. “Tamara is more by the book.”
Regardless of her conventional rearing practices, Tamera will be in full celebration mode when ringing in Aden’s fourth birthday next month. Ariah celebrated her first birthday in July.
