Congratulations to Ciara and Russell Wilson who are expecting a little one to arrive in coming months. The ‘I Bet’ singer confirmed her pregnancy on Tuesday.
“On this special Birthday I received an abundance of love from friends and family.. and I’m excited to Finally share one of the Greatest Gifts of All that God could give,” Ciara captioned underneath a picture of her resting in Russell’s arms.
Thousands of fans sent the singer their congratulations. “Congratulations @ciara and @dangerusswilson,” one follower wrote. “May God bless you continuous. Remain true to one another in the journey of life that you have created. Many blessings to you all.”
Rumor of Ciara’s pregnancy began to circulate when the singer was spotted out and about while wearing loose fitting clothes. It was just a few weeks ago that the celebrity mom gushed about her life as a newlywed wife. “Everything I could have hoped for, dreamed of, happened on that day,” she told media. “It was memorable,” Ciara added. “We spent two days with all the people that we love — your family and your close friends. I’m definitely still floating. It’s only three months ago and it’s crazy how time goes by.”
Russell also doted on his wife shortly after his wedding this past summer. “I’ll tell you, the best part of the wedding was watching her walk down the aisle,” the star athlete told PEOPLE. “I had so many [thoughts], but to see her gracefully walk down the aisle in that long train … and to realize I was going to spend the rest of my life with her gives me chills.”
Ciara and Russell Wilson’s little one will join Future Zahir at home in coming months. Future is Ciara’s son with rapper Nayvadius Cash. He celebrated his second birthday in May. Ciara and Russell Wilson wed on July 6, 2016.
