Keshia Knight Pulliam is not letting life’s challenges take center stage. The expectant actress recently shared pictures from her surprise baby shower in which she focused on family and the love that her unborn child is receiving.

“My sisters,” Keshia captioned underneath one photo. “My Kamp Kizzy babies completely surprised me with a beautiful shower to celebrate Ella Grace today,” she shared in another post. “My heart is full. Ella has so much love… she is going to grow up wondering why everyone doesn’t have 72 aunties and uncles, 60 cousins and more sisters than she can count!! Lol!! I love you all so very much… Ella and I are the world’s luckiest girls to have all of you. You are my first babies and I am so proud that Ella will have so many amazing role models to look up to.”

Keshia Knight Pulliam was taken by surprise when her husband of six months, Ed Hartwell, filed for divorce a few weeks back. House of Payne star had announced her expectancy just days prior to Ed’s bombshell.

“It’s hurtful,” Pulliam revealed in an exclusive interview with ET. “I knew I couldn’t be silent, because this isn’t about money. This isn’t about fame. This isn’t about social media likes or follows. This is about my character — my integrity as a woman being attacked — and that’s not OK.”

Keshia addressed rumors of Ed’s filing for divorce having something to do with infidelity on her part. The actress slammed such allegations as false and told ET that Ed was the unfaithful party. “Early on in my marriage when I was faced with this, I was ready to leave,” she explained. “The part that hurt me the most when he filed for divorce was that he had asked me to give him another chance, and I was willing to do that and forgive him, for our family.”

Keshia Knight Pulliam is expecting her little one to arrive in coming weeks. Baby Ella will be the actress’ first child.
