Tatyana Ali and her husband, Dr. Vaughn Rasberry, have decided on a name for their newborn son: Edward Aszard Rasberry. The celebrity mom shared her son’s name with media just days after giving birth.
Edward was born a healthy weight and height at Cedars-Sinai hospital on Friday, September 16, 2016. Tatyana gushed about her new journey as a parent shortly after giving birth. “Becoming a mother has opened my heart to a bottomless depth of feeling,” Ali shared. “Through our son, I see the world with new eyes. We’ve completely fallen in love.”
The Rasberrys elected to keep the gender of their baby a secret. “Friends and family have so much to say about our choice, but we wouldn’t have it any other way,” Tatyana revealed in May. “It is so much fun to have people guessing and betting when they are around us,” she added.
Edward is Tatyana Ali and Dr. Vaughn Rasberry’s first child. The couple wed in Beverly Hills, California, on July 17, 2016.
