Will Smith was one of several celebrities to come out and celebrate the premiere of Suicide Squad last week. The actor and his son, Jaden, made a fashionable showing on the red carpet at the Samsung at Beacon Theatre in New York.
Will wore a black suit with tie while Jaden went for an original style. The teen’s striped trench coat matched his blue shirt. Jaden’s attention to detail was evident as even his socks, which were pink, made a statement.
Many view the 18-year-old as the epitome of trendy because of his willingness to think outside of the box. Jaden, however, has crowned his father as cool since learning of Will’s role in Suicide Squad. “This is like the first time where like I’m cool for real,” Will told media at the film’s premiere. “The Suicide Squad, I don’t know what it is, but something about this idea and something about this cast has really captured something,” he added.
Will Smith stars as Deadshot in the fantasy film that is poised to be a summer hit. In the movie, the federal government is in need of supervillain assistance after learning of a plot to negatively alter society. Several of the nation’s greatest antagonists are sought out and promised leniency if they carry out a dangerous mission that will secure order.
