Malia Obama was just being a teenager this past week at Lollapalooza. The oldest daughter of President and First Lady Obama spent time with friends and got acquainted with fans during Chicago’s largest music festival.
Many attendees took pictures of Malia and shared them on Twitter. “Was going hard to @CASHMERECAT and then Secret Service and Malia Obama just pull up,” said one fan. Another attendee shared video footage of her and Malia enjoying the music onstage. “Cashmere cat with Malia Obama today.”

The oldest daughter of the president and first lady attended her first Lollapalooza concert in 2014. Malia tried to blend in with the crowd but was unable to be subtle while surrounded by Secret Service agents. Although she was under heavy surveillance, Malia still managed to take pictures with attendees.
This year’s concert was no different as the 18-year-old was photographed and filmed while dancing during the festival. In one segment, Malia showed off the athletic shorts underneath her skirt while letting the music serve as the source of her energy. Many accused the 18-year-old of twerking for the camera, but one media outlet deems such criticism as “an exaggeration.” Agreed!
Malia Obama celebrated her eighteenth birthday last month. She will begin her freshman year at Harvard University next year.

I agree with everyone… Just mad because malia is more behaved than some other ex-first daughters
I sure hope the people that were judging her are perfect themselves. She’s a teenager for goodness sake and enjoying herself as any teenager should. It’s so much more to worry about in life than a child having a good time.
So what.. I be trying to twerk and I’m 45. Then I be laying on a heating pad for the night. Critics just jealous because she’s gorgeous and shapely.
An eighteen year old having a blast at a concert .. oh what a bad teen! SMH!!!!
To those evil critics … get a damn life!
She’s 18 yrs old
.. Enjoying the best years of her life ….
Typical teen – no big deal. Even her peers are focused on the music not her!
