Congratulations to Vanessa and Kobe Bryant who are expecting their third child. The former Los Angeles ‘Lakers’ player announced his wife’s pregnancy via Instagram on Tuesday.
“Beyond blessed and excited to share that we are expecting our third baby girl!!! #Blessed #BabyMamba #Thankful,” Kobe shared along with a picture of small shoes next to a shirt that read, “Baby Mama.”
It was just a few weeks ago that Kobe Bryant hung up his jersey and retired from the NBA. The star player expressed his desire to end his career, after twenty years in the industry, last fall. “This season is all I have left to give,” Kobe told media.
“I’ve known for a while,” he added. “A decision like this, you can’t make that decision based on outside circumstances. It has to be an internal decision, and finally I’ve decided to accept that I can’t actually do this anymore, and I’m OK with that.”
Kobe and Vanessa Bryant have two daughters, Gianna and Natalia, together. The couple is expecting their third child to arrive next year.
